How to start your journey to perlino:
Joining a new salon should be exciting, not stressful. That’s why our founder Emilee, personally guides every stylist through a supportive, step-by-step application and onboarding process.
Your Application Steps:
1. Let’s Connect Simply call or text 303-681-6615 to set up a quick phone interview with Emilee.
2. Experience the Space After we connect, we’ll invite you to the salon to view our space and meet some of your potential colleagues.
3. A Hands-On Trial We want you to truly feel the environment if you choose. You’ll be invited to bring a friend, family member, or client for a complimentary blow dry in the salon.
4. Guided Onboarding Once you decide to come aboard, Emilee provides a guided onboarding experience. She will meet with you one-on-one to ensure you and your clients have the smoothest, most seamless transition possible.
