2. Experience the Space After we connect, we’ll invite you to the salon to view our space and meet some of your potential colleagues.
3. A Hands-On Trial We want you to truly feel the environment if you choose. You’ll be invited to bring a friend, family member, or client for a complimentary blow dry in the salon.
4. Guided Onboarding Once you decide to come aboard, Emilee provides a guided onboarding experience. She will meet with you one-on-one to ensure you and your clients have the smoothest, most seamless transition possible.

We’re looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn stylist assistant who’s excited to grow within the Perlino team. You’ll work alongside our artists, learn the ins and outs of a luxury salon environment, and build the skills and confidence to take your next step behind the chair. A great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for hair are a must.
